Training sessions are given in a private studio in Montreal’s old port - Silofit


Training in a private setting has many perks: 


  • Focus: Training at a private gym gives you the ability to get the most out of your workout and not get distracted by all the noise you find in conventional gyms. 

  • Equipment: Having all the equipment available during the workout makes it more convenient for both the trainer and client to use the session time effectively. 

  • Intimacy: Working on improving yourself puts many people in a vulnerable position and it is important for clients to feel safe when being coached. 

COVID-19 update:

As per recommendation from the government, training sessions only take place at Raymond-Blain park for the moment.


When the weather allows, sessions can be taken at park Raymond-Blain.

The park is fully equipped with calisthenics bars, benches and cushioned floor. It’s perfect for a wide variety of body weight workouts.
