Training sessions are given in a private gym in Montreal - X-FIT

Training in a private setting has many perks: 


  • Focus: Training at a private gym gives you the ability to get the most out of your workout and not get distracted by all the noise you find in conventional gyms. 

  • Equipment: Having all the equipment available during the workout makes it more convenient for both the trainer and client to use the session time effectively. 

  • Intimacy: Working on improving yourself puts many people in a vulnerable position, and it is important for clients to feel safe when being coached. 



Sessions can be taken at park Raymond-Blain as well. 

The park is fully equipped with calisthenics bars, benches and cushioned floor, and you will be provided with a variety of equipments for strength training: kettlebells, sandbags, ropes, resistance bands, etc...
