How long are personal training sessions ?
Sessions last 60min:
10 min mobility and warm-up
40 min workout
10 min stretch
How many times a week should I meet my trainer ?
Best results are seen when meeting a trainer 2-3 times a week.
It is understandable that you cannot commit to seeing your trainer more than 1-2 a week, this is why we offer solutions that allow you to train both on your own (through an app) and with your trainer.
Do I get any support outside of the training sessions ?
All throughout your training period you will have access to your personal trainer advice on exercise, nutrition and mindset.
Your trainer will keep checking on you to see your progress and giving you updates on your improvements and things to work on.
How long should I take personal training before seeing results ?
Our bodies are made differently and we have metabolisms that differ so much from one person to another, so estimating a duration can be challenging.
However, based on studies and experience, it is safe to say that after 6 weeks the body starts adapting to the exercises and improvement is seen in strength, form and posture.
12 weeks is the average duration to start seeing noticeable change in your physique.
For weight loss for example, a good program and routine allows clients to lose safely about 1lb/week, hence 12lbs at the end of 12 weeks.
The best results witnessed with clients at Primal Training are clients that we followed for 3-6 months. Taking sessions for at least 3 month gives clients the knowledge and motivation needed to feel empowered and to be able to carry on with their progress.
Is my personal training package refundable ?
Packages are not refundable but they could be transferred to a friend or to another service like group training or online training.
What is the cancellation/no show policy ?
If you ever have to cancel or postpone a session, it is mandatory to inform your trainer at least 24 hours in advance for no fee cancelations.
For cancelations 2-24 hours in advance, a $30 is charged.
For cancelations 2 hours before a session, the full session price is charged.
What happens if I am late for a session?
The trainer is not obligated to make up time due to a client's lateness. More than 1/2 hour lateness constitutes a late cancellation and the trainer is not obligated to conduct the session. In some cases the trainer will wait and work with you for the remaining time. But this is solely up to their discretion. In either case you will be charged fully for the session.
When must I make payment?
All packages have to be paid no later than the first day of the program.

Will I get a receipt for the services ?
We always send electronic receipts right after payments.
